Attorney Shoshana Rosen, Head of Commercial-Financial sector
Attorney Shoshana Rosen heads the commercial-financial sector. Shoshana Rosen is an expert in corporate governance and the outsourcing of internal legal advice for corporations (financial corporations, commercial companies, colleges, associations, cooperatives), including negotiating, drafting agreements and legal risk management including antitrust.
Shoshana Rosen joined the firm in 2001, and is engaged in legal counsel to clients in the commercial-financial sector. In this framework Shoshana Rosen provides, among others, comprehensive legal counsel services as outsourcing for companies, divisions and departments that do not have an internal legal adviser.
Shoshana Rosen is also engaged in the following areas: banking, insurance, conducting various commercial transactions including international, corporate governance, associations including academic colleges, cooperatives, agreements for computing, energy, trusts, antitrust and management of legal risks.
Before joining the firm, Shoshana Rosen was chief legal adviser of Paz Oil Company Ltd. for about 7 years. For about 11 years she worked at the General Bank of Israel Ltd. (Today UBANK) as Secretary of the Bank and Director of the General Administration.
As part of her functions Shoshana Rosen acquired extensive experience in providing ongoing legal counsel to management, boards of directors and to commercial units in business entities, and she specialized in negotiations and preparing and managing complex commercial transactions with officials in Israel and abroad. In all her activities Shoshana Rosen was responsible for maintaining ongoing contact with the authorities: government offices, the Antitrust Commissioner, Knesset committees, the Supervisor of Banks, Stock Exchange, etc. Her experience and knowledge in all necessary legal aspects for internal legal advice to leading corporations, her familiarity with the conduct of business entities, and her emotional intelligence, are powerful tools for the corporate managements she accompanies, in order to achieve their aims and purposes.
Attorney Shoshana Rosen is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Tel Aviv University (LL.B.), 1977, and member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1978.
Attorney Shlomit Ehrlich, Head of Litigation
Attorney Shlomit Ehrlich heads the litigation sector. Shlomit Ehrlich is an expert in the management of legal proceedings, negotiation and crisis management. Acts as arbitrator by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, and from 2012 as chairman of the Appeals Committee for property tax of the Tel Aviv municipality.
Shlomit Ehrlich joined the firm in 1988 as an intern. During her years at the firm, Shlomit Ehrlich acquired extensive experience in litigation, representing clients in meaningful and diverse legal proceedings, at the different court jurisdictions, various appeals committees, arbitrations, mediations and so on. Her rich and varied experience in the litigation field, has positioned Shlomit Ehrlich on par with leading commercial lawyers in the area ofcommercial litigation. Shlomit Ehrlich has conducted class actions and its derivatives on a large scale, and has conducted major commercial transactions, including M&A, real estate transactions, and so forth. Her longstanding experience in managing complex legal proceedings for leading clients and management of crisis situations, has created by her a winning combination between her ability to conduct legal proceedings in an assertive and forceful way, and her ability to sensitively manage negotiations to reach settlements, in order to achieve the desired results for the client.
In addition, Shlomit Ehrlich has acquired extensive experience in administrative law, including the representation of local authorities, as well as financial companies of local authorities, the enactment of bylaws, preparation of tenders and their formulation, management of tenders including selecting winners, accompanying the tender committees, protecting the decisions of the tenders in the courts, and so forth.
Over the years, she has developed particular expertise in the field of cooperative societies, and today serves as an arbitrator appointed by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
Attorney Shlomit Ehrlich is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Tel Aviv University (LL.B.), 1987, and a member of the Bar Association since 1989.
Attorney Alex Solomonovich, Head of Business Development and Growth Companies
Attorney Alex Solomonovich heads the business development and growth companies sector. Alex Solomonovich is a specialist in the initiation, construction and legal support of businesses and companies. He advises companies and individuals on creating contracts and commercial engagement and initiatives, while combining the business facets with the legal aspects in a way which promotes business results. Alex Solomonovich also specializes in legal accompaniment of franchises, both in creating the franchise structure for the company providing the concession, and providing legal advice and contracts to franchisees.
Over the years Alex Solomonovich acquired special expertise in commercial negotiating, and currently teaches negotiation techniques at courses and educational institutions.
Alex Solomonovich provides a comprehensive legal package for businesses, in the areas of core business needs, both internally – employees, corporate law, relationships between partners (including the processes of inter-generation transfers), and externally – commercial contracts in Israel and abroad, claims in courts and in labor courts, and more. Alex Solomonovich joined the firm together with his team in 2016 as part of a merger proceeding. He was previously co-owner at Neumann Solomonovich law firm.
He began his career at the law firm Zysman Aharoni Gayer & Co., and even headed a department at the firm.
Attorney Alex Solomonovich is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Tel Aviv University (LL.B.) since 1998, and member of the Bar Association since 1999.
