Professional management and structure

To provide our customers with the wealth of knowledge and range of skills we’ve acquired, our clients’ professional management is in the hands of the firm’s partners, according to the various sectors, as follows:

• Litigation

Headed by attorney Shlomit Ehrlich, an expert in the management of legal proceedings, negotiation and crisis management. Shlomit Ehrlich acts as arbitrator for the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, and from 2012 as chairman of the appeals committee for property tax of the Tel Aviv municipality.

• Commercial – financial

Headed by attorney Shoshana Rosen, an expert in corporate governance, providing legal advice to corporations (financial corporations, commercial companies, colleges, associations, cooperatives) in negotiating and drafting of agreements and legal risk management, including antitrust.

• Business development and growth companies

Headed by attorney Alex Solomonovich, an expert in the initiation, construction and maintenance of businesses. He advises companies and individuals in creating contracts and commercial agreements and initiatives, while combining legal aspects of business vision.

This division allows each of our clients to receive comprehensive support by one of the partners, and enjoy the professional contribution of the head of the other sector. Over the years we have specialized in a number of dedicated fields – outsourcing of internal legal advice, litigation, contracts and business agreements and support for growing businesses. These areas of expertise are the basis for the professional services provided to the client.

Outsourcing of internal legal advice

This service is geared towards companies and organizations with no legal department, or divisions and specialized departments in large organizations. These bodies usually require “ad hoc” legal services and are therefore exposed to legal risks.

We provide our clients with continuous defense, from an overall view of all business needs and goals, thus significantly reducing the risk of exposure in the absence of a legal department.

Various litigation

Our services in this area include representing clients before different courts, arbitrations and mediations, in various fields. This includes representing clients in commercial lawsuits, petitions to the High Court, administrative appeals, injunctions and other emergency relief, class actions and their derivatives, and in labor courts.

As experts in the field, we are appointed by insurance companies to represent free professionals and directors in claims related to malpractice, directors’ negligence, breaches of fiduciary obligations, duties of caution and so on.

Contracts and business agreements

The firm’s partners have accumulated rich experience in drafting of contracts and agreements in all commercial areas, including: cooperation agreements, agreements for the construction and establishment of projects, M&A agreements, closure and breakup agreements, marketing and distribution agreements, franchise agreements for the sale of knowledge, R&D agreements, computing agreements and providing licenses for use and development of technology, lease and purchase of equipment agreements, preparation of tenders and more. Our firm has particular expertise in the insurance sector, including insuring credit financing agreements, etc.
